Occupational Therapist

The Role:

• Part-time position: 1.5 days per week (with scope to grow as caseload increases)
• Caseload: Primarily community-based with some in-clinic sessions
• Client Base: Aging population under Home Care Packages
• Duties: Home modifications, equipment prescription, assistive technologies, and comprehensive assessments
• Travel: Home visits across Brisbane (up to 40km from Bulimba) – own vehicle required (reimbursed per km)
• Start Date: Immediate start available
• Location: Bulimba, Brisbane QLD

What’s on Offer:

• Hourly Rate: $45–$48 per hour + Superannuation
• (equivalent to $89,000–$95,000 FTE)
• Supportive multidisciplinary team – includes a chiropractor, remedial massage therapist, and practice manager
• In-house PD and mentoring
• Bonus system in development
• Clear pathway to increase hours as caseload builds

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong experience with community clients and home-based care
• Confident with home modifications, equipment/assistive tech prescriptions, and thorough assessments
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
